Mobolaji Ogundairo is an accomplished business leader, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and real estate specialist with over 18 years of experience in project management, operations, and entrepreneurship.
She has successfully delivered large-scale commercial, hospitality, and corporate real estate projects across Nigeria, including the reconstruction of Leola Hotels in Lagos and a multi-level commercial complex in Abuja. Her leadership roles include Head of Leadway Properties & Investments Limited, overseeing facilities management, vendor relations, and operational strategy.
Beyond real estate, Mobolaji is the founder of Sophisticated Wobia (SW), a growing artisanal bakery and café brand in Nigeria. She holds a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire, a Bachelor’s in Real Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, and RICS certification in Dispute Resolution/Arbitration.
